Sell or list a property, fill out a transaction checklist and fax it along with a copy of all contract documents to the main office, at 319.937.0155, and get paid!
No need to worry about us either, our trained administrators first process, review, and log in the transactions. Next, the transaction is entered into our state of the art computer system, the contract is given to and reviewed by Broker, and 72 hours before the closing, fax to us the disbursament authorization request, and last but not least, the disbursament authorization is sent back to you so you take it to the title.
